When you submit a project brief, Kairen receives the contact details and project information you choose to provide. We use this information to review your inquiry, respond, and discuss a possible engagement.

What this site stores

Project inquiries are stored in a private database accessible to authorized administrators. Our admin workspace also stores business contacts, invoices, and payment records. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential business material through the public form.

Access and hosting

The site uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and storage. Approved administrators sign in with an email and password; the site owner can also sign in through ChatGPT. Passwords are protected with salted hashes, and private sessions expire automatically. Public visitors do not need an account to browse or submit an inquiry.

Cookies and basic protection

We have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics to this site. Hosting and sign-in providers may use cookies and technical logs to operate and secure their services. Admin sign-in uses a secure session cookie. Sign-in and inquiry forms use short-lived, hashed identifiers to limit abusive requests.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry, use the project form and include the email address used for your original submission. We may need to verify your identity. Invoice and business records may need to be retained for accounting or legal purposes.
